About Us

Immanuel Baptist is a multi-generational, family-oriented church with a strong emphasis on vibrant worship, Biblical teaching, outreach to our town, spiritual growth, caring community, and local, regional, and global missions. We gather in our homes, online, and in a bright, modern facility at 295 Young Street in Truro, NS.

Our Mission is to help people encounter and follow Jesus in our homes, our neighbourhoods, our region, and the world.

Our Vision is to be a Jesus-centred community learning to love God, one another, and the world around us.

We are affiliated with the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada (CBAC) and Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM).

Our doctrinal beliefs are in keeping with those of our denomination, the CBAC.
